Wholesale clients are eligible for a return or refund if they experience any of the following:
The received products are damaged during transit.
Incorrect or missing items are found in the shipment.
A verified issue occurs with the product quality upon arrival.
To qualify, customers must report the issue within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted due to product handling limitations.

If approved, we will either:
Issue a replacement shipment for the affected products, or
Process a full refund to your original payment method (Wise transfer).
Approved refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Depending on your bank’s processing times, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
Opened or partially used products.
Orders placed incorrectly by the client without prior confirmation.
If a product purchased through our wholesale program causes an issue or claim on your Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop account, our team will assist you directly. We take responsibility for any product-related defects or authenticity concerns verified under our brand registry.
