Once payment is confirmed through Wise, all wholesale orders enter our fulfillment queue within 1 to 3 business days. During this time, our logistics team verifies the order details, applies labeling services, and prepares your shipment for dispatch.
Our standard delivery period is 4 to 7 business days, depending on order volume and destination. Tracking information is provided once the shipment is dispatched, allowing clients to monitor their order status in real time.
We offer two main fulfillment solutions:
Direct Amazon FBA Delivery: Orders can be shipped directly to Amazon fulfillment centers across the U.S.
Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Delivery: We also ship to authorized 3PL warehouses for clients managing their own distribution.
All shipments are handled through verified logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
For wholesale orders of USD $5,000 or more, Silicon Mix provides complete FBA labeling and packaging assistance. A minimal fee of $0.50 per product applies for labeling services. This ensures all items meet Amazon’s compliance standards before reaching the warehouse.
Currently, Silicon Mix Wholesale ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to maintain high fulfillment accuracy and speed.
Before dispatch, every order undergoes a detailed inspection for product condition, labeling accuracy, and quantity verification. Our team photographs and documents each shipment as proof of fulfillment quality.
In the unlikely event of transit damage or missing units, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly investigate and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Throughout the process, our logistics team keeps clients informed via email regarding status updates, tracking details, and warehouse delivery confirmations.
